ORDERS UNDER £100.00 WILL BE CHARGED AT  ( £5.00 DELIVERY )

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM AND DECIDE YOU DON'T WANT TO KEEP IT

If you receive an item and decide that you don't want to keep it then you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. You can send your notification by email, fax or post. Please quote your name, address and details of your order in your correspondence.

The item remains your responsibility until it is received by us and the cost of returning it is also your responsibilty.

Provided the item is received by us unopened, unused and in pristine condition we will refund the price paid for the item but we will not refund our delivery charges.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

Please note that there may be restrictions on the right to return some products.

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM AND IT DOES NOT WORK OR IS DAMAGED

If you receive an item and it doesn't work, or it is damaged when you receive it, then you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. You can send your notification by email, fax or post. Please quote your name, address and details of your order, in your correspondence.

 We will contact you using the telephone number or email address you provide to discuss the nature of the problem.

The item remains your responsibility until it is received by us.

Provided you have returned the item using the method we have agreed, we will refund the actual postage cost you incurred by returning it.

If a replacement item is available we will send it to you, or offer you a suitable alternative, or offer you a refund. If you choose to accept a refund we will also refund our original delivery charge if the item was the only item you ordered from us.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you want to cancel an order, you must advise us in writing by email, fax or post. Please quote your order reference (available from the email we sent you confirming receipt of your order) or your name, address and details of your order, in your correspondence.

Please note that we cannot accept notice of cancellation by telephone.
